Altadena Craftsman

Otto worked with the homeowners, long-time Altadena residents, to rebuild the back house that had burned during the 2025 Eaton fire. The 1,000 square foot project was designed like-for-like and includes an additional 345 square feet of covered patio for ultimate indoor-outdoor living. After a streamlined custom-design process with the owners, Otto received permits in 36 days and completed the project in March 2026 - one of the first completed fire rebuilds.
